Biography


David Clark is an economist, city/regional planner, and environmental scientist. David has contributed to over 150 projects, from small scale, short term, solo assignments to complex, multi-million dollar, multi-disciplinary efforts, for private and public clients.

His responsibilities have encompassed: Technical analyses, project management, program and policy formulazion/evaluation, staff recruitment and supervision, budgeting, financial oversight, contract management, report-writing, marketing, and public presentations. David posseses strong academic credentials; high level of industry recognition; demonstrated skills as a leader and motivator; excellent writing, public speaking, and computer skills. He has strong familiarity with Middle East, European, and southeast Asian cultures.
